Nagwell is the reminder app that actually calls you. Here is exactly what happens with your information — nothing more.
What we collect
- Sign in with Apple: we keep only Apple's anonymous identifier for your account. We never see or store your email address.
- Your phone number: stored once phone verification ships, so we can call you.
- Your reminders: the title you set, plus its due time and time zone. The title is spoken aloud during your call — and left as a voicemail if a machine answers.
- Call history: when we called, and whether it was answered, confirmed, or snoozed.
- A device token for notifications.
What we share
Calls are placed through Twilio. To connect your call, Twilio receives your phone number, your reminder title, and your voice during the call for speech recognition. We do not store call transcripts, and there is no call recording in v1. Twilio also keeps its own call records under its privacy policy.
What we never do
No ads. No analytics. No tracking. We do not sell your data — there is nothing to sell.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your reminders and call history while your account is active, including reminders you cancel, so your history stays complete. Full account deletion is on the way. Once it ships, deleting your account deletes your data with it.
Hosting
Our hosting setup is being finalized — we will name it here when it lands.
Children
Nagwell isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and note what changed.
